Keypath CRM / Legal
Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Keypath CRM marketing website. Please read them before using the website or submitting an enquiry.
1. Who we are
Keypath is a trading name of BlueStem Ltd, a private company limited by shares registered in Ireland. Company registration number: 593072. Registered office: The Tara Building, Tara St, Dublin 2, D02 F991.
You can contact us at stephen@bluestem.ie.
2. Website information and product access
This website provides information about Keypath CRM for new-homes developers. It is not the operational CRM workspace. Purchasing or using the CRM product is subject to separately agreed service terms; these website terms do not replace them.
We aim to keep information accurate, but features and availability may change. Screenshots use fictional demonstration names and figures. Features labelled “Beta” may change and should not be treated as a guarantee of final functionality, a live integration or a partnership with a named platform.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful purposes to learn about Keypath and contact us. You must not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website, introduce harmful software, submit misleading or unlawful material, or misuse the enquiry form for unsolicited messages.
4. Demo enquiries
Please provide accurate details and only information you are entitled to share. Do not submit confidential buyer records, identity documents or sensitive personal information through this marketing website.
A demo request is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking, purchase or service agreement. We will contact you to discuss your requirements and arrange any next steps.
5. Intellectual property
Website text, branding, designs and product visuals belong to BlueStem Ltd or their respective licensors. You may view and share links to the website, but may not reproduce or commercially reuse our branding or content without permission, except where permitted by law.
References to Google, Meta, LinkedIn or other third-party brands identify those services only. Their names remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement or partnership.
6. Links, availability and reliance
External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content. We may update, suspend or withdraw website content, and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Website information is general product information, not legal, financial or property advice. Confirm the suitability and agreed scope of the product with us before relying on it for business decisions.
7. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept responsibility for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information or from interruptions to this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or limits your statutory rights.
8. Cookies and personal information
Our Cookies Policy explains browser storage and how to manage optional cookie choices. Information submitted through the demo form is used to respond to your enquiry and is handled separately from cookie preferences. Accepting cookies is not consent to receive marketing emails.
9. Changes and governing law
We may revise these website terms and will update the date above when we do. These terms are governed by Irish law. The Irish courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction protections that apply to you.
